Exam certificates from the academic year 2008-09 will be available for collection from Monday 30th November 2009 between the hours of 9:30am and 4:00pm.

Students need to ensure they bring some form of identification with them and a signature will be needed before certificates are handed out.

If students cannot collect certificates in person, they can authorise someone else to collect them on their behalf but the representative must have a letter from the student giving us permission to release them.

Alternatively, certificates can be posted but we require £2.00 to cover the cost of Recorded Delivery, cheques should be made payable to Ossett School.

Please note that we are no longer obliged to retain certificates beyond 12 months and will therefore destroy uncollected certificates after this period of time.
